1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("E.T.") on March 24, 2008 and ends at 3:00:00 p.m. E.T. on May 28, 2008.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit http://www.evanssweeps.com/, enter your email address and complete the online entry form as prompted. All information must be complete to be eligible. You may come back once per day to enter. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: This sweepstakes will have one drawing. The entrant selected as the winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 5, 2008, by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): A SJC Ice Blue Glitter Snare Drum (ARV: $550), 3 Evans 14" EC Snare Heads (ARV: $66), A PureSound 14" Custom Series 20 Strand Snare Wire (ARV: $44.99), an Evans Hazy 300 Snare Side Head (ARV: $14), an Evans Magnetic Drum Key (ARV: $8.50) and a HQ Apprentice Pad (ARV: $17). The total ARV of the Grand Prize package is $700.49. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize (or portion of prize) cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of D'Addario & Company, Inc., SJC Custom Drums and any of their affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, advertising and promotion agencies and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within ten days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person at random from all eligible entries received. Any prize or prize notification returned as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
